The lower level Rose Blank Gallery (Area 65 square metres) is available for group hire at a rate of $22.00 per session (A session consisting of a morning afternoon or evening)
A special discounted rate ($11.00) is available for member groups of the Visual Arts Association of Far North Queensland Inc. Cairns and Far North Environment Centre and Friends of Cominos House Inc..
The Gallery area is not air-conditioned but is equipped with ceiling fans and is in a garden setting.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Friends of Cominos House welcome groups to the the facilities of the Rose Blank Gallery, and to assist in the smooth operation of the Centre we ask that the following points be observed.
All bookings to be made with the caretaker, Phone.40321368. Bookings may be subject to ratification by the Management Board.
Cleaning services are NOT included in the hire charge. Please make sure that your group leaves the Gallery in the condition in which you found it. Cleaning equipment may be found in the kitchen. A cleaning charge will be made if facilities are left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Help us recycle. Glass bottles and aluminium cans should be placed in the the recycling bag next to the wheelie bin at the door. Food scraps can be placed in the compost bind behind the building,
Check with the caretaker before you place any sign on the building fences or in the grounds
Paintings are not to be removed from the walls without consulting the caretaker.
Ensure that any child on the premises is under the control of a responsible adult.
No dogs are permitted in the immediate vicinity of the building or on the established lawn/garden bed areas.
Ensure that the premises are vacated by 11.00 pm.
