Community Space
The ground floor of Cominos House is known as the Rose Blank Gallery. It was named after Alderman Rose Blank who was instrumental in supporting the restoration of Cominos House in 1988. The space is available for hire and all proceeds go to maintaining the building.

Hire is $47.70 per session for arts and environment groups, and $68.90 for others, and session times are 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Current availability can be seen here. You may arrive 30 mins prior, and leave 30 min after session times for set up and clean up.

The space is 65m2 (9m x 7m approx) and 12m2 of kitchen and preparation space. Kitchen facilities support re-heating only and does not support full meal preparation. Air-conditioning, chairs (65), tables and a large screen with a cable to connect to your laptop are included in the price.
